Born and raised in Madrid, Alba developed an interest in languages and cultures at a very young age, when she decided that translation would be her career path. Following her passion, she completed the Translation and Interpreting in English and French at the UCM in Madrid, and a master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation at the UAB in Barcelona.

She lived in France for a year where she worked as Spanish teacher and continued teaching after moving to London in 2016. In 2017 she joined the fun side of the localization industry and worked as a videogame QA tester until joining Zeitgeist in 2020.

Some of Alba’s hobbies include reading Japanese novels (Murakami to be precise), cooking, taking long walks, watching movies, travelling, and scrolling through an unhealthy amount of puppy videos on TikTok.
