Luisa holds a BA in English Literature and Linguistics and Communication Studies from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and spent a year abroad studying Drama at the University of Exeter, before pursuing an MA in Translation Studies at Cardiff University. A lifelong lover of languages and historical linguistics, from English and Welsh to Sindarin and Old English, Luisa joined the team at Zeitgeist in 2020 as a German translator and reviewer. In her spare time, Luisa enjoys writing stories, hiking, playing Dungeons and Dragons and hosting an often-side-tracked Tolkien book club. She also likes travelling, going to the theatre, and aims to adopt all the cats in the world.
